You already know this, but apparently it needs to be in writing too: all content on this site is copyrighted artwork * and may not be reproduced, shared or "borrowed" without permission.

Under Canadian law, artists retain the rights to their work unless specifically releasing their rights in writing. Hiring us as your photographer does not give you rights to use your photos as you wish, but you will receive permission to make your own prints and copies when you purchase downloads from our site.

Copyright is generally held under our corporation name New Light Photography Inc., but may also be marked as SUB Photo or gradphotos.ca.
