How to Fix Your Grad Photos

Do yours need fixing?  We hope not - there are a lot of good photographers out there, but sometimes your photos just don't come out right.  We can help!

Took photos somewhere else?  No problem.

We offer retakes for photos taken by any photographer, at no cost.  All we ask is the chance to see the photos.  We will look them over with you and talk about what you liked, what you didn't, and what your perfect grad photo should look like.

Did we mess up?

Our goal is to make sure you have photos you are happy to share with others.  We don't always get it perfect the first time either, so there's no cost to have photos re-taken, no matter what the reason.  Bad hair day?  Lack of sleep?  Typically we will replace the bad ones with the new-and-improved ones -- or you can pay half-price for a second session so you get double the number of photos.

If you missed photo day

We can help.  We're here year-round and we are committed to giving you a great experience! Our photographers watch for details like stray hair and crooked clothing, and also show you the photos right away so you can see the results  Retouching artists will help with things that can't be fixed immediately, so you'll finally have a portrait that looks great.

THE RULES: There is only one rule, and that's a limit of one free retake session per person. If for any reason you'd like a third session, the cost will be half of our usual session fee.
