Enhanced Retouching

On all our printed photo products, retouching or "touch ups" are already included in the price.  This means that your photo will be examined by our artist and issues like skin blemishes, shine, wrinkles and "tired eyes" will be touched up so you look your very best.  This process also includes careful colour balancing and a double-check to make sure your portraits are centered and printed just right.

Enhanced Retouching is for when you want something a little extra!  This could include a variety of things which are possible for our artists to do, but take more time to achieve realistically. Examples might include removing someone from a group photo, swapping a face from one image onto another (say in a group shot), slimming a facial feature, enlarging or shifting uneven eyes, or even what we call "full glamour" retouching which gives that porcelain-perfect result.

Enhanced Retouching can cover a lot of things, so we ask for you to be specific about what you would like when you purchase this product.  You will be asked to select the photo you want enhanced as well as describe the changes you want; our artist will be in touch with you to discuss any questions and provide a proof of the image for your approval before the final prints are made.

Important Note: this is an upgrade applied to a single image; no prints or download files are included.  You must purchase this upgrade for each image you want enhanced.
